2. The subject matter of the contract
These General Terms and Conditions govern the ordering and provision of the following three services available on the [www.batkisalon.com] website operated by the Service Provider (hereinafter: „Services”) available on the website [www.batkisalon.com] operated by the Service Provider:
- Gift card / voucher – online sale of gift vouchers entitling the customer to use hairdressing services
The Service Provider shall only commence provision of the Service once the full amount of the invoice has been received.
3. Ordering process
- The User selects the Service they wish to order on the website.
- Once the order has been placed, the Service Provider will issue an invoice, which it will send to the User by email.
- Provision of the Service only after the amount stated in the invoice has been credited is about to begin.
- The method and time of performance are set out in the description of the selected Service.
4. Detailed description of the Services and the terms and conditions of performance
4.1. Gift card / voucher
- Description: The gift voucher, which can be purchased for an amount pre-selected by the customer, will be delivered via the delivery method also chosen by the customer; this consists of a voucher personalised to the name provided by the customer, which has been designed and produced to a high standard with a clean, elegant finish.
- Deadline: It will commence within 3 working days of receipt of the payment and will be completed within a maximum of 10 working days.
- Method of fulfilment: means delivery in accordance with the delivery method chosen by the customer
5. Terms of payment
- Payment method: bank transfer to the bank account number stated on the invoice, or online payment by credit card directly via the online shop
- Payment deadline: 1 working day from the date of issue of the invoice.
- The Service Provider will issue the invoice upon receipt of payment and send it to the User by email.
6. Withdrawal, termination
- The User may cancel the order at any time prior to payment of the invoice, without giving any reason.
- Following payment, the User may withdraw from the contract before the Service commences; in such cases, the Service Provider shall refund the amount paid, less any administrative costs that may have been incurred.
- Once the Service has commenced, withdrawal is not permitted, unless the service is provided incorrectly or in a manner that differs from the terms of the contract.
7. Liability
- The Service Provider shall provide the Service in the manner set out in the contract.
- The Service Provider shall not be liable for any delays or errors arising from incorrect or incomplete information provided by the User.
- In the event of force majeure (e.g. technical fault, natural disaster), the Service Provider shall be exempt from its obligation to perform.
8. Complaints Handling
- Users may submit any complaints regarding the Service in writing to the email address info@batkisalon.com.
- The Service Provider will respond in writing within 14 days of receiving the complaint.
9. Data processing
In carrying out data processing, the Service Provider acts in accordance with the data protection legislation in force at any given time and with the provisions set out in the Data Processing Notice available on the website.
10. Final provisions
- These General Terms and Conditions shall remain in force for an indefinite period and shall come into effect upon their publication on the website.
- The Service Provider reserves the right to amend the General Terms and Conditions, which shall come into force upon their publication on the website.
- In matters not covered by these General Terms and Conditions, the provisions of the Civil Code and the legislation on electronic commerce shall apply.
