7. Liability

  • The Service Provider shall not be liable for any delays or errors arising from incorrect or incomplete information provided by the User.
  • In the event of force majeure (e.g. technical fault, natural disaster), the Service Provider shall be exempt from its obligation to perform.

8. Complaints Handling

9. Data processing
